any designer will eventually be a choice of 3-4 models ... your wishes are still easy, just in laptops you can change the screw and RAM ...
but stuff the right combination of battery, card reader, biometric system and a normal fast webcam into your laptop - from the category of fiction and stomp into the DIY section. I'm not talking about the choice of screen (matte! matte! + sensor) and exotics like gps / accelometer / compass / ...
