Where can I get themes for Windows 10?

Hello.
I would like to install new themes on Windows 10 that would change the desktop wallpaper and/or the appearance of open folders and so on.
What are the sources/programs for installing/getting new themes (official and unofficial) for Windows 10?
PS I know that themes can be downloaded from the Windows 10 app store. But I have a version of Windows 10 without the app store installed.

I just make them myself, according to my personal preferences - for myself on the topic of aviation, for my wife based on our trips abroad. I started this business on Win8.1, and it turned out that they are suitable for Win10, despite the fact that the Desktop background package file in Win10 has a slightly different name extension.
How to do them? Here it must be borne in mind that the theme is the desktop backgrounds plus the general style of Windows (sounds, design, etc.). I prefer not to touch this last one, I select a ready-made style, but I make a set of backgrounds myself. First you need to collect a bunch of those images that you want to see on your desktop as a result, and bring them to a single format - crop, cut off the excess (date, photographer's signature, copyright holder's logo, etc.), and convert to pixel size your screen.
Then you need to choose from the ready-made themes the one whose style suits you, and install it on your computer. Then go along the path
C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\
and in this folder select a subfolder with the name of the newly installed theme, the style of which suits you. You need to open it, then open the DesktopBackground folder there - there is a package of images included in this theme. The previously prepared package of your pictures must be rewritten to this folder, and then the previous pictures that were there should be deleted. From this point on, your theme is almost ready, although it bears the same name. We must give her ours, at the same time receiving a file that can be shared with other users. It is done like this:
1. Open Personalization (in the Control Panel or in the context menu of the Desktop).
2. In the column on the left, select the Themes item - a gallery of all the themes installed on this computer opens.
3. Select our newly made one and right-click on it - the "Save theme for sharing" button appears above the picture.
4. Click LMB on this button, the save window opens. We give a meaningful name, select a save location (for example, Desktop), click Save - and we see how a file with the selected name and extension .deskthemepack appears on the Desktop
Everything, it's done. If you now run this file on another computer, then this theme will be installed there. Moreover, it will install on Win8.1, only there the theme file must have a different extension - just .themepack, without desk. By the way, the steps for making a custom theme in Win8.1 are almost the same.
