Where can I get the database of cities and streets of Israel?

We need a Russian database of cities and streets of Israel. Preferably with binding street -> city. OpenStreetMap only offers English and Hebrew versions. I also found another base but also in Hebrew. Maybe there is a thread way to pull out the base from Yandex or Google. Thanks in advance.
