Which map library for android to choose?

Tell me which card library to choose to display them in the android application. Specifically, a simple drawing of circles of a given radius on the map (coverage area) is required.
I considered options for Google maps (did not fit due to the requirements of Play services, which are difficult on my phone), Yandex Map Kit (development was frozen 3 years ago, there are no basic possibilities for drawing circles).
I'd like to use OSM maps, but I haven't mastered the Mapbox library yet...
What other options exist?

I think you will be interested in the osmdroid project . There is a small instruction manual .

In addition to the Mapbox SDK, there is also the Nutiteq SDK . Some do not bother and make applications on Leaflet + Apache Cordova.
