But the task is this: to collect certificates and brag to the authorities (which is not boom-boom in IT) and ask for a raise, if it doesn’t work, then we’ll go to another employer. Ps do not kick much, the admin is the second year))

If you want more than just a piece of paper - pass it to CCNA, this is a quite realistically quoted certificate. As you prepare, you will learn a lot. MS has a lot of useful certifications. The same MS SQL is an interesting thing. SSIS and SSRS are in such high demand on UPWORK.
Management, of course, can be "no boom-boom in IT", but how much it can realistically assess your usefulness for business even without certificates. So, in my opinion, it's better to do something really useful / significant for the business - and show it to the authorities. So they will understand better.

For example, the fleet of server equipment has increased, it can be demonstrated that such and such growth over the year, everything went smoothly and smoothly.
