Where can I get hands-on experience in app design development?

Goodnight. For the most part, I am engaged in the creation of design for websites, but more and more I want to try my hand at creating application design. I watched the video, read articles, rather superficially, but delved into the topic. Perhaps there are interesting resources where you can find novice developers who are looking for budding application designers, maybe those I'm looking for will read this question. I would like to get some practical experience. Perhaps someone is ready to share detailed TOR for the development of application design on which it will be possible to practice. If someone else can later evaluate the work, it will be just super.
