Is it possible to work in an IT company without official registration?

I am from LDNR. I am currently studying on my own. I want to get into an IT office as an intern or junior. It makes no sense for me to work legally. you need to pay 15K rubles for an exam in Russian + 15k rubles for legal services, a medical examination, etc. + patents for 3 months (approximately 1500 rubles each = 4500). In addition, 30% will be calculated from the salary. As a result, I can not pull such expenses. 35,000 will fly away immediately.
Now we can stay on the territory of the Russian Federation for up to six months. That's what I want to know. How can you work informally? Of course, but in the office of the company. Maybe some kind of contract can be concluded. Give advice.

Without official registration, you can simply not be paid this very salary. And in an office with a six-month limit, hardly anyone needs you either. Yes, and for an internship or a junior, they are mainly taken by large organizations where everything is only on paper

You just work without an employment contract
