Where can I get feedback on ideas?

I have an idea for a new product. There is a possibility of its creation with a further entry into the market. There are variations in design and functionality. Where can I get feedback on the go, preferably with comments and suggestions (Russian\foreign resources)?

The simplest and fastest: forums, slack, telegrams, any communities on the subject of the product. This will gather initial contacts and opinions.
For a detailed conversation, personal communication is best suited: telephone, correspondence, meeting. Here the first caring potential users may appear. To get these contacts, you can use acquaintances, friends, or spend money on inexpensive telemarketing (fl.ru or something else) - girls on Skype call potentially. customers are offered to get acquainted with the product, with the manufacturer, etc. The client needs to give something: a website, a letter with a product presentation, a webinar, etc. All this is easy and cheap to do at home on a regular PC.
In general, customer locations are highly dependent on the product. You had to specify at least the category of the product, then people would sketch out specific ideas (places).
If there are no ideas for clients or where to find them, this is a sure sign that it is better not to start a business.

Go directly to your prospective client and talk to him
. Discussing something with someone you don't know is not the smartest idea.

2 parts.
1 - You yourself:
1. Evaluation of the market and target audience
2. Competitors
3. Novelty of the product functionality
4. Value for money and demand
5. Evaluation of the advertising campaign (+budget)
2 - Question for professionals in the field of this product:
1. Functionality
2. Design
3. Reliability, practicality, and other characteristics
4. Evaluation of convenience and ease of use
5. The ratio of prices for materials and work on the production of the product
(for more details - in a personal)
