How to divide participation in the project - legally?

The idea of creating a web resource came up.
I decided to take a programmer as a share, because I think this is the best motivator in my work. The question arose: is there a model agreement in which the parties describe their shares in the project?

The best motivator for a programmer is a stable salary. For you - to tie the size of his salary to his productivity (think up some metrics). Otherwise, he would have an idea to create and hire you.
