Where can I get facebook messenger for Windows if there is no windows store?

There is Windows 10, but some old truncated version on which there is no and does not want to install the Windows Store (methods with command through the Power shell are not suitable). Is it possible to somehow download the Facebook Messenger apps from another PC that has an app store, and then transfer the installer to this problematic PC?

The crooked version of Windows is just Windows With the Microsoft store, because the only adequate version of Windows is LTSC.
No, you won't be able to install without a store.
What is wrong with the web version? The application is essentially a website, just in the form of an "application"
