Is there a script or server software to check email and send notifications via HTTP?

The task is to check a certain external mailbox on the server (in my case, on Yandex, but I would like a universal solution) or several mailboxes and, when a new letter is received, send its contents (headers, body, attachments) via HTTP to a catching script. I really don't want to write a bike for this.
It seems to be a rather trivial task, but for some reason I didn’t find a ready-made solution :(
Either a script with the ability to configure, or ready-made software for installation on a linux server (preferably).
