Where can I get bases for autofilling fields in CRM?

Hello.
There is a crm-system in which managers fill out applications from clients.
There was an idea: to make auto-completion of fields as an address using kladr.
Attention, the question is: where to get the database of all possible names, surnames, patronymics in the Russian Federation. where to get the database of all possible spellings of the field "by whom the passport was issued"?
I would be very grateful for sensible recommendations. Thank you.

As for names and surnames - in my opinion it is meaningless and vice versa, autocompletion will generate a bunch of errors.
For example, my middle name is quite usual, it is written through another letter in the middle O_o.
Well, you never know what the passport office wrote down.
Why not make a selection from your own customer base?
I found names and surnames in my stash: ge.tt/7fnDtNc2

The base with the units that issue passports was assembled in "Dadat". It's free: bit.ly/2r0wyBB
In order not to suffer with the development of autofill yourself, you can connect to ready-made "Hints": bit.ly/2Owx2bp There are full name and "Who issued the passport." There are also ready-made modules for CRM.
