Please advise software (if possible, free, but better open source) with the following functionality.
A multi-user phone book from which you can make calls by clicking on a phone number.
And also with an incoming call, the definition of the name of the subscriber by number.
It is possible to use a softphone, but it is better to speak through a VoIP phone.
Ideas, links, and examples of working solutions are welcome.

Well, how to file this with the help of an asterisk is understandable. By clicking in the interface, we create a call-file in the Asterisk folder, it makes a call to the caller and the one he wants to call and connects them.
With an incoming call from the numbering plan, we call at least a trigger in the database (a good option), at least a script that notifies the interface (via a web socket).
So there are no technical problems to do such a thing.

If the company uses 1C, then all this can be easily connected through the free ROM-Asterisk component from simplit.info. It connects to the Asterisk AMI and either listens for events or fires them. An outgoing call will look like this: you select in the directory of counterparties who you need to call and press the call button, at this moment the Originate Call request is sent to AMI, the phone assigned to you (no matter softphone or hardphone) starts ringing, you pick up the phone and in at this moment, the call of the selected counterparty begins.
With an incoming call, everything is about the same, only at the moment the call arrives, information about the caller is displayed on the screen in 1C.
If the company does not have 1C, then as far as I know from free CRM systems with Asterisk, SugarCRM works fine.
