Where can I get an angled usb connector for the Eagle?

Here are the connectors. when wiring the board, it turned out that in the con-usb * libraries, the extreme contact from the front is GND, although in theory it should be VCC. Maybe someone knows where to get the correct library, or maybe I have some wrong connectors, but logically it seems to me that I'm still right.

and what, in this eagle there is no footprint editor ?! in Ki-Cad, for example, I don't feel sad when there are not enough elements :)
