Where can I get a Windows Phone to test the application?

I'm making an app on phonegap. I have ios and Android devices, but I also need windows phone ^8.0. My friends don’t, it’s stupid to buy. Is it possible to rent somewhere or is there some site (service) with real devices for testing. I’m thinking of going to phone repair and ask for 2-3 days there. What do you recommend?
PS The emulator is excluded, you need a real device.

There is a lone lumia on the browserstack, but with the current $ exchange rate, it's easier to buy a BUS.
