Where can I get a job as an intern or junior c++ in St. Petersburg?

What companies have internship programs for students, or where can I get a part-time or flexible job? I'm still a 3rd year student. I rummaged through sites like hh.ru, there were few vacancies, none of those to whom I sent the response was called for an interview.
In C++: I know the standard library + STL, I understand the semantics of movement and rvalue references, as well as other features of the 11/14 standard. There are a couple of projects on github ( https://github.com/IgorVelikiy ), though some of them have been written for quite a long time and I mainly used c++98 there. I also have experience using Qt (one of the projects on it), SFML (there is also a project), now I'm a little familiar with opengl.
