Where can I find a PSD template in the form of a resume questionnaire for a layout designer?

I am doing a test task according to certain criteria that I want to check when checking the test task for the position of layout designer.
I thought I would make a text layout myself, using a grid and ready-made elements, but I realized that I do not have such competencies.
Help me find a psd mockup for layout that will test such qualities as using CSS3, Foundation 6 (mandatory), any knowledge of js (something like a small slider with tricks or another element that needs to be done with js is a must ) and some tricky things that can be solved in several ways and, depending on the choice, understand the level of the applicant.
For example: layout preview 1 , layout preview 2 , but they don't fit very well.
