Where can I get mx29lv320ebti-70g in Moscow for cheap, preferably without soldering?

It will most likely need to be soldered. I know only one programmer with an overlay for reading microcircuits without soldering, and that is not quite for these chips.
Ask around at TV repair shops and other household appliances, they probably have a programmer for this purpose.
... If nothing can be found at all, I also have the right programmer.
