Albina : In addition to consenting to the processing of PD, do not forget that by law you are required to publish a "Policy regarding the processing of PD" (Article 18.1 of 152-FZ)
The content of such a policy is not regulated by law, but it should describe:
1. Principles of PD processing. (Art. 5 152-FZ, and Art. 7 152-FZ).
2. Conditions and purposes of processing. (Indicate the processing conditions / legal basis for processing from Article 6 152-FZ, and describe the purposes of PD processing in general terms)
3. General description of PD processing. (processing with and without automation tools, cross-border transfer of PD (Article 12 152-FZ), special categories (Article 10 152-FZ) and biometric PD (Article 11 152-FZ)).
4. Deadlines for processing PD and the procedure for terminating processing.
5.Measures in the field of processing and protection of personal data. (measures defined in Articles 18.1 and 19 of 152-FZ.)
6. Rights of the subject of PD. (the rights of the subject of PD to access information and the rules for submitting requests, defined in 152-FZ)
