Where can I find the database of European airports with flight directions?

I'm looking for a base in text form, probably. I want to answer the question: which non-large cities in Europe are the most attractive in terms of the number of foreign and domestic flights? It is clear that nothing is flying now, the question was asked out of curiosity.
For example, the base might look like this
AER1; AER2, AER3; AER4, AER5, AER6
Where the first column is the airport code, the second is domestic flights, the third is international.
Then you can build a connection Airport-City
Then City-Population
And see which cities with a small population are logistically very successful.

In my opinion, it would be interesting to create such a rating, if it does not already exist. What difference does it make how saturated with traffic jams and people the city is, what is the cost of housing there, if you don’t fly out of it quickly and conveniently.

If you look a little further, it is already interesting what opportunities open up for each city in the conditions of, say, one transfer. It is unlikely that I am the first to ask this question, but a cursory search turned up nothing.

There is a good site
https://www.flightconnections.com/flights-from-min...
But there is only information in the form of a map.
