Where can I get a shortened list of sites blocked by Roskomnadzor?

For automatic application in SwitchyOmega, I am looking for a shortened list of blocked sites. The list itself is not hard to find. However, the full list of domains weighs more than a megabyte, 95% consists of garbage and casinos, and the expansion gets worse from such volumes.
I would like to find the same list, but without "garbage" and only from completely blocked https sites.
