Where can I find the 2.4 GHz transmitter for the Microsoft Wireless Keyboard and Mouse?

I have a set of Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 6000 v3.0 and Microsoft Wireless Mouse 6000 v2 . Together with them, the receiver-transmitter (transceiver) at 2.4 GHz was included.
Apparently, this transmitter was covered: neither the keyboard nor the mouse work, I inserted / removed the batteries, I tried to do synchronization, I inserted it into another computer. There is no sense.
Apparently the transmitter is alive (the light is on), but broken.
Attention, the question is: where can I find the same new one (for a reasonable price) or buy some compatible one?
Painfully, the toad is strangling a good keyboard and mouse to throw out because of this.
PS Or maybe there is some kind of hard reset for these transmitters?
