I received an SMS with a code from Microsoft, although I did not take any action, what should I do?

I received an SMS from Microsoft
"Use 2356 as a security code"
Although I did not do anything with my account, please tell me what this code is from and do I need to take any action?
In my history of correspondence with Microsoft, this is not their first message, there is another one, it came in 2019 (it seems that I installed Windows then) I don’t remember what the message was from .. exactly the same message is written only in English and the numbers are different.

1. The token failed or went rotten, and when the phone browser was opened, the browser refreshed the page and the browser itself entered the password saved in the browser and pressed enter (the autologin function), but MS accepted the autologon because in some service that was opened in the minimized browser token not rotten yet. We have this crap to our corporate account all the time, employees panic, MS can’t say anything, it crashes and that’s it
3. Someone hijacked your session and MS sent the second factor
2. Some request from you arrived crooked or flew through another country and MS considered this a suspicious event
4 someone knows the password and tried to log in
5 NSA gets access to your account, but MS notifies you so let them reveal the fact of access and does not

It's possible it's just a glitch in the system. In such systems, this happens, very rarely, but it happens.

Such is the same nonsense.
These messages are received regularly.

Just a couple of weeks ago, I started receiving such messages via SMS - either use the password reset code, or use it as a security code

From July 5, similar messages began to come frequently. Regularly every other day or so.
