Where can I find this or similar handwritten font for PS or Gimp?

There are search engines for fonts. You cut out the picture ("achieved results" will do, "positive" is not necessary - the print is in the way there) and palm it off, and the search engine finds a more or less suitable one.

It is also written there by hand, this is not a font, i.e. you won't find one like this. Two options, either imitate handwriting or choose a similar font. "handwritten fonts" on google for example.
