Where can I find my Skype ID by which another person can add me to contacts?

Registered a new account. And now I can’t find any identifiers there except for the mail under which I registered. But the problem is. that by mail in the search for Skype, a person cannot find me and add me.
upd. Once again:
1. Skype itself made my ID in the form of my soap. I didn't have the option to select an id!

This is your ID. I always give people my mail with the words "You can find me on Skype," no problem.

You registered not a skype account, but a microsoft account.
Either create a Skype account and give it, or indicate the mailing address that you entered when creating the account.

Go to the Skype website https://www.skype.com/ , log in (on the poppy menu File - My Account).
Then go to https://secure.skype.com/portal/account/settings
Look for the string "Skype Name".
