Skype bot. How?

Hi, my friends.

I know for sure that a skype bot could have been made before, but now there is a message on the developers page on skype.com that they do not register new developers.

The question is how to get a bot?

Purposes of use: notification of various events like,
- the server has fallen
- the load has increased
- the stage test has been filled up

You will ask him "what fell, when and why?". Tie up to SMS alerts, since they are not expensive now.

python + Skype4Py - everything works wonderfully, I use a bot to notify about missed messages and calls.
