How to disable hyperlinks from Skype, in the browser?

Skype converts all phones into hyperlinks. I am engaged in layout and because of this I cannot view the page normally. All links look something like this:

I tried to delete items in the settings, use Skype to make calls to the callto and tel links. Did not help.

Try uninstalling the SkypetoCall component (or something like that) from Add/Remove Programs
