Where can I find materials or laboratory for parallel consolidation of knowledge?

Hello! I want to ask knowledgeable people. Maybe someone has come across this. Although, I think, all programmers faced it.
At the university, to consolidate knowledge, they gave homework and solved laboratory work. It was fruitful. But I wasn't interested. Now I want to develop very strongly in this area.
I decided to learn C++ and Python.
1) By C++. I downloaded the book "C++ in 21 Days", "The C++ Programming Language. Lectures and Exercises, Prata". I have never done programming in this language before. Please advise some laboratory or a list of tasks that I could solve after the chapters and topics. Let's say variables passed, etc. I solve problems and laboratory for strengthening.
2) By Python. Downloaded the book "Michael Dawson. Python Programming", "Mark Summerfield. Python Programming". And I signed up for Coursera, for a course in Python. I have never done programming in this language before. Please advise any laboratory or list of tasks that I could solve after the chapters and topics. Let's say variables passed, etc. I solve problems and laboratory for strengthening.
