You seem to be interested in C# - download some English-language book about it and try to read it. It will turn out to read with benefit - you can safely insert this skill into your resume.
There are no special materials for this, technical English is ordinary English with terms, without complex language structures and ambiguities (both authors and editors of publishing houses follow this).
