да ничего не нужно знать. в большинстве случаев там будет стоять crm что то вроде редмайна или битрикс24. просто дашборд где тебе будут кидать задания, а ты их должен брать и делать. потом по окончании залить и написать что сделал. собственно в большинстве случаях работа так и будет происходить
