I really need good and professional literature on the topic of information security for an enterprise from scratch. It is desirable that the topic of the ISO 27001 standard be touched upon . Interested in both electronic and paper versions. Thanks in advance

What does from scratch mean? It really depends on your goal, what you can do and what you want to achieve. The topic is too broad.
See other standards + towards ISMS and cobit/risk management.

From scratch, this is when, apart from the domain, nothing has been raised on the network, and the authorities want not only an approach from the technical side, but also the development of policies and regulations.
