HTML/CSS What to read?

I'm still a "teapot" in the field of IT. Started with layout. I read and practiced the book HTML CSS by Eric Freeman. But there, as it were, a general idea is given. What else to read so that the information is presented in an accessible way for a beginner?

Instead of reading books, do practice.
Come up with a task (the appearance of the page), and implement it in html / css, using Google and the directory.
Reading books without practice is basically useless. It is useful to read books after you have worked with technology, stumbled and solved problems, after you have at least an understanding in your head of how your page works now. Then what is in the book will fall on the plowed soil.
