Where can I find information on winding toroidal transformers in production?
Hello.
Two machines for toroidal winding of transformers were purchased for work (one for insulation, the second for wire).
Calculations of transformers and work with machine tools does not raise any questions, we have already wound a dozen transformers and there seem to be no problems. There are questions about the correctness of the winding process itself. Frankly, no one knows the winding technology and they did everything based on their own experience (which is not). On the net, they found only collective farm instructions from Uncle Vasya on how to wind them with their hands (by the way, completely neglecting the elementary rules for working with wire and iron).
There are also a couple of Soviet books from the 70s, but again, for home use.
Interested in modern literature, manuals, notes ... If the information is in accordance with GOST, then it will be excellent in general.
Tell us who was guided by what and what he studied?

I was in a workshop where transformers were wound in technological practice.
You need to look for a technologist from the factory. Or find somewhere a typical technological process - from the factory.
Here is something similar, but I haven't read it: https://cloud.mail.ru/public/J51b/bH4TSnxLi
