Where can I find Discovery HD with English subtitles?

Maybe someone bothered for this? Ideally, of course, there would be an original TV channel with English subtitles - but somehow I didn’t find it, or maybe it doesn’t exist. So I think, surely there is some kind of English-language tracker sharpened for HD documentaries, where there are subtitles?
