How to block the distribution of a torrent if I am the copyright holder of the content being distributed?

Interested in not just removing from the site that gives the torrent file for download, but for the distribution to stop. It's interesting to hear opinions, especially if you've had experience implementing this.
Thank you all for your time.

Tr @Jump's answer is defiantly wrong. Roskomnadzor *does not consider* complaints of copycats that are not supported by at least a court ruling on interim measures.
The only court in Russia, if my memory serves me right, that can make such a decision is the Moscow City Court.

If you have confirmation (preferably documentary ... for example, a certificate of registration, etc.) that you are the copyright holder, you first need to officially (so that there is documentary evidence of your appeal ...) file a claim with the owner of the resource from which the distribution is carried out , demanding to block the distribution and provide information about the person who violates your rights.
If the owner of the resource does not respond to the claim after 30 days, then only in court, because. all these are civil legal relations, and after a decision in a court of law, it is also possible to demand compensation in court (up to 5 million rubles or twice the amount) and restore rights in other ways, incl. it will be possible to probyvat both in administrative and criminal order, depending on the amount of damage caused to you.
