How not to violate copyright by publishing comics for reading?

I'm going to post comics for reading on the site, there will be no download option. So here's how I can do everything so as not to violate copyright? And in general, how does it apply to comics from foreign publishers?

The easiest way would be to write to the author himself and agree on the placement of materials.
Or you can post comics at your own risk.
Or post together with the source (indicate the author).
