Transmission Remote GUI (Android) - can't add new torrent?

Hello! I can't get over what's going on.
There is a server on which to spin Transmission. I connect to it from my phone or tablet using the Android application.
Tried:
Torrent-fu (A uTorrent and Transmission remote)
TorrentToise Free
Torrent clients supported:
- Transmission
- Add torrent files from your phone
ATG (Android Transmission GUI)
Upload torrents
+ by giving the torrent URL
+ using “share link” option in your browser
+ using "send file" in a file manager
Transdroid - needs no introduction
The whole thing is connected, displays a list of downloads. I can even control them somehow (stop the distribution and so on).
But the most interesting thing is that adding a new torrent does not work.
I tried to add a new torrent from the sd card, or feed the URL. Some figs or an Unable Execute Request “about nothing” error appears, or nothing happens.

I tried to add via LAN via Wi-Fi and via GPRS (DynDNS). Tried with HTC phone and Samsung tablet. Same. For some reason, I got the impression that somewhere I did not screw up the settings (either on the server or in the remote client)

I use Transdroid, everything works fine. True, there were moments that the torrents were not uploaded - however, then it turned out that the * .torrent files themselves turned out to be broken. And they are often broken when downloading them from the standard Android browser. For example, with rutracker using the built-in android browser (or based on it, for example - Dolphin HD, etc.) they download completely broken. You have to download them either from Opera or from Firefox.

Have you checked the permissions on the downloads folder?
