Where can I find data on the distribution of the number capacity of operators in Omsk?

Good time of the day.
I am working on a project in which it is necessary to know the distribution of the number capacity of operators.
Of the ideas, only one arose - to contact Roskomnadzor. I consulted with friends, they said that they are unlikely to get it.
Of course, you can send spam to operators or contact responsible persons. But there are a couple of drawbacks to this approach:
1. They can send and not communicate anymore
2. They can give incorrect information about themselves.
Actually the question is - maybe I missed something and this information is on the network? Can it be obtained from open sources?
Z.Y. we need data in percentages, exact numbers are not of interest

@Bessome

And why do you not like the official information of the federal communications agency? The information is official and fresh (07/01/2013)

The only thing is that you need to parse, well, there is not much business here.
