DPH-150S does not accept password when entering settings via network, why?

We have a couple of DPH-150S IP phones, I know the password, I enter the settings through the phone and change it without any problems. But I encountered such a situation that when logging in through the web interface, the set administrator password is not accepted. On both phones the problem is the same, how to overcome? I didn't get further than the login/password entry page.

Check the login, when you enter through the phone, he does not ask for a login, but asks through the web. In this case, through the same web, you can rename the administrator login. Already stepped on these rakes.
