I would like to find an experienced web programmer or team who would share experience and best practices in web development.
Interested in the following stack - Node, GraphQL, React, Redux.
I need to gain experience and see how commercial web dev works from the inside, so I want to find a mentor for this purpose.
My goals are:
- best practices
- team work
- code review of my code
Here's what I could offer: I
do tasks for your project for free, you look at my code, tell me what needs to be fixed and why.
Important - I'm interested in the specified stack (Node, GraphQL, React, Redux), I'm also interested in learning RxJs. Ready to perform small "local" tasks with the condition of obtaining a COMPETENT ASSESSMENT of their work.
I repeat - projects outside the specified stack are not of interest.
Work without obligations on my part - in the sense that if I take on something - I will do it, I do not recommend expecting more from me, I can leave participation in the project at any time, like you, if the quality of my code does not suit or something or else. This is a mutually beneficial offer - I work for free, but I get what I specified.

Tasks that can be done by a junior can be done much faster by an experienced programmer.
And in order to give you a task, you need to describe it, you need to give access, help set it all up, not only double-check something for you, but also explain why it is needed - as a result, teaching and mentoring will take more time than benefit from your "free" work, plus you turn your nose up at anything that isn't on the list, which means you still have to spend time finding a task that won't intertwine with something else.
And finally, you do not assume any obligations, which means that if you are given a task, then in fact you need to do it yourself, because in addition to you and your wishes, there are project deadlines and a customer who is not interested, that instead of working on a project, someone spends time teaching you, and for free.
Oh yes, you don’t sign a non-disclosure agreement, you don’t want to be responsible for anything, but you want to get access to a commercial product from the inside.

Работа без обязательств с моей стороны - в том смысле, что если возьмусь за что-то - сделаю, ожидать от меня большее не рекомендую, могу выйти из участия в проекте в любое время

ну и зачем ты тогда кому то нужен ?
твои таски это больше времени чем сделать опытному разрабу, так растят тока джунов с прицелом на интеграцию в свою команду, на таких условиях тока врагу
