Guys, can anyone have or know a site where there are sql files with a list of cities and regions of Russia?
I search on the Internet, but I only find either cities or world lists of countries, etc.

It is the finished sql file that I cannot suggest. However, you can also extract all the necessary and relevant data from the FIAS database yourself.
You can download the database here
. You can try to pull the data from the vk api, but I'm not sure how correct they are.
