Where can I find a script for configuring Tp-link routers?

Good day. Dear experts, help.
The crux of the problem:
Every month you have to configure from 70 to 100 Tp-Link routers (C20, C50, C60)
The settings are primitive: change the SSID, change the password, standard log / pass from the administration
Requires a solution:
Maybe someone wrote a script to configure devices, share or tell me maybe there are some ready-made solutions.
