Warehouse, WiFi and TSD?

Good afternoon.
Faced with a task that I had never dealt with before, namely building a WiFi network in a warehouse.
Different sources indicate different information:
that weak WiFi controllers and WiFi APs need to be hung enough on the TSD.

The main task is WiFi communication for TSD (data collection terminal) and sending in real time to 1C.

I plan to configure everything on mikrotiks + capsman
or tplink omada

Who faced such a task, I ask for advice on choosing TSD and WiFi equipment.
What pitfalls can we encounter, what to consider in advance?

Thank you all in advance.

building a WiFi network in a warehouse
Strongly depends on what garbage is stored in a warehouse. It's one thing - plastic, wood, fabric, etc., Wi-Fi will penetrate through this well. And it's another matter if everything is densely filled with metal or something reinforced with metal (for example, concrete goods).
If there will be a lot of AP, then set their power to a minimum (!) so that they do not clog each other.
capsman - not the fact that you need it for your task, just try a few independent APs, it should be fine for TSD, IMHO.
The main thing is to place them correctly, but this empirically needs to be decided on the spot.
Look here https://wifi-solutions.ru/radioobsledovanie-wifi/ what is an “access point on a stick” (AP-on-a-Stick).
In addition to TP-Link and MikroTik, consider Ubiquity hardware, they also have something.

Wi-Fi at such facilities becomes part of the production process, so stable radio coverage is needed. Professional radio measurement and radio network access policies are needed.
PS I came across an amateur collective farm, as a result of which the shipment of goods stopped.

The issue was resolved
. The equipment from the tplink (omada) was chosen.
We put 3 TDs in the warehouse + 1 in the office. A couple of months the flight is normal, it covers everything.
As hint000 wrote, it all depends on what is stored in the warehouse and what the warehouse itself is made of. Thank you, I read a lot of information))
Now I understand that our project was not so complicated))
PS
It's nice to work with TP-LINK, you can take the equipment through the sellers for a test.
