In general, advertising is bought on the site, mailings are made to the databases that exist. We need a script, a solution for collecting email addresses of users who visit our site. Another interesting legal aspect of this is how you can do it legally.

You can legally read only the data that the user himself entered.
To track the quality of the mailing - in the mailing list make special links with UTM tags and look in the metric.
As an option, add the get box parameter to the links from the mailing list and write it down when you click on such a link.
