Where can I find a list of unopened(!) proxies?

I'm parsing one site here and my requests leave every 5-7 seconds, which of course is not often. However, the site thinks differently, so sometimes it blocks me for a whole day.
Okay, I think, I'll find a list of proxies and I'll go through them. Okay, I looked at the topic and it turns out that the resources that I found give a list, but these are the proxies that they find in open sources . That is why such proxies sometimes work, sometimes they don’t work, then the speed is written high, but it’s not at all. Moreover, the sites where I found them offer sheets for a fee, which of course is acceptable to me. However, I think that I will face the same problem when the proxy is not always working.
Question. Are there companies or some sites that give lists of proxies, but roughly speaking - their own, i.e. those that work accurately and will work at least 12 hours?
By the way, I found one proxy that worked fine, but when I went to the site that I was parsing, I was still blocked. Apparently the proxy was not elite or I don’t know, but how can this be solved?

Buy proxy lists, it's not expensive now. Monthly subscription ~10$

Proxies should be not only elite, but also personal, or at least shared (for several people).
When using proxy lists, always keep in mind that dozens or even hundreds or thousands of your colleagues can use the same proxies!
proxy-rating.info here you can choose a cheaper proxy by comparing the parameters that suit you
