Where can I find a list of requirements or an environmental standard for an electronic device?

Good afternoon!
I need to develop requirements for an electronic device in terms of humidity, temperature, shaking, etc.
There is such a standard MIL-STD-810 ( https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIL-STD-810).
MIL-STD-810 is a set of standard United States Military Standard laboratory test parameters that determine the resistance of a wide range of equipment to all sorts of impacts in non-field conditions.
Questions:
1. Is there the same Russian standard or set of GOSTs in this area?
2. Is there a similar standard for commercial equipment anywhere in the world? It's commercial use.
3. Perhaps there is a detailed description of industrial grade requirements for equipment (I did not find it).
I have been searching Google for several weeks now and the fantasy of requests has dried up. Need expert help.
Thanks for any hints and links.

GOST 15150-69 "Machines, instruments and other technical products. Versions for various climatic regions. Categories, operating conditions, storage and transportation in terms of the impact of climatic environmental factors", for example.
