Eagle program from Autodesk does not start. What to do?

I wanted to play with microchips, Arduino, etc., etc.
I searched for the program, found Eagle from AutoDesk, downloaded it, installed it, but oops, it didn’t start,
from the beginning it shows a small download window, after a few milliseconds Eagle itself then closes and that’s it.
