Where can I find a LARGE map of Internet resources sorted by traffic? How to surf the Internet in general?

For example, you need to find a photo/video/other_content on a certain topic/setting/character, but the search engines do not return anything relevant and you have to search on separate sites on your own. This can happen, for example, if you don't know the right keywords to search for, or if the content you're looking for is rather narrow-minded.
I am also sure that there are many different collected packs / collections of content or collections of links to sites in the public domain.
So, how to search for such already collected collections of links to sites? I would not want to re-do what has already been done by other people and collect manually.
In general, if you know some useful resources for Internet surfing, then write here.

For any at least slightly relevant picture, you can conduct a Search by Image . This gives, firstly, a good (sometimes) keyword for further searches on it. Secondly - a sea of forums where this picture was fasted (most likely surrounded by relevant ones).

Who would need such a card? Who will keep it up to date? Links to fan art are usually given on thematic forums / groups - there you can find resources and packs and mods and maps and damn-bald-in-a-mortar.
