Advise a large (about 10 cm high) indicator (ideally 4-digit 7-segment) with low consumption. Needed for an autonomous street meter. The mode of operation will be similar to the indicators used in electronic queues. That is, a large size and a rare change in the displayed number. We looked at blinker electro-mechanical scoreboards, but now they are hard to get. Any advice is appreciated.
