How to choose the right lighting for working at a computer at home?

Recently I came across REMEZ "sunlight" bulbs and immediately wanted to buy, but the reviews leave a mixed impression. I remember that when I asked this question last time, the main thesis I learned was that light bulbs cannot 100% replace sunlight for some reason. Therefore, when I saw that some light bulbs "approached" this, I immediately decided to take it, but the reviews stopped.
But the topic still rose, my eyes get tired and I thought, maybe I can somehow reduce the damage and increase comfort.
If you take "sunshine" and "work during the day" out of the equation (you still have to work part of the time in the evening, and the days become shorter and the clouds do not let the light through) - how do you still provide yourself with lighting?
1) As far as I understand, more light is better than less. It's right? (I have 3 bulbs in the chandelier - I'm thinking of buying 5-7 and / or screwing in more powerful ones).
2) While I was looking at REMEZ, I realized that there are a lot of parameters in light bulbs that I don’t understand:
2.1) Power
2.2) Lumens
2.3) Lighting temperature (warm / cold light)
2.4) Some spectra
2.5) Some indices
2.6) Flicker
2.7) UV lamp / purple / other crystals?
And probably some others.

And somewhere inside these parameters, “how better” and “worse”
are sewn.
What is the best lighting temperature for eye health, I do not know.
I also don’t know what light bulbs with which spectra to choose for eye health.
What indexes are and how they affect health is also not clear.

If someone can suggest what is the optimal value of these parameters to reduce harm to the eyes, I will be grateful.

And I'm interested in combinations.
Maybe you should take for example half the bulbs of one color, and half of the other?
Or so that half of the bulbs were of one spectrum, and the other of the other (to complete the simulation of light)?
Or will these combinations do the opposite?

I also think about the option: "Just buy a table lamp" - but here the question also arises of a light bulb in this lamp with all the parameters, as well as where it should shine.
I suspect that it should shine somewhere on the wall "behind the monitor" in order to avoid the difference in light between the monitor and "general lighting"? Or vice versa to the monitor itself (as some special monitor lamps do)?

If there are any of your solutions (in the sense of physical desktops or light bulbs) - they are also grateful.

Thank you .

@Drno

about the color and power of light bulbs - go to the store and see how they shine, there are usually samples there.
cold glow - this is an office option
. I usually like warm light.
Usually, the same light bulbs are taken, otherwise the eyes go nuts. There is no "cold" light in nature, your 50/50 option will
not work, take the light that is pleasing to the eye, and the brightness of the monitor should be adjusted to the lighting, as mobile phones do
